Overview

Factory E is a platform that centralize scattered information, helps factories increase manufacturing effectiveness for factory manager and factory personnel.

My Contribution

I am the only designer and designed FactoryE dashboard from scratch. I discussed with web developers when designing according to user needs and work in a agile development team. After loops of feedback from the end users and the Engineering team, we launch the dashboard for in house production facilities to improve control for plants, equipment. I also created style guide for all applications developed by IT Cloud Service & Application Development Team.

      Where can I find information for different production line?
      How do I take immediate action when the productivity decrease?

      • Information are scattered across different platforms. Need a platform that centralized all relevant information.
      • Monitor the overall production effectiveness with the manufacturing indicator and take action when the manufacturing productivity decrease.
